1. Agreement to Terms By purchasing a ticket or registering for our events, you agree to these cancellation terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
2.1 Notice of Cancellation - Participants wishing to cancel their registration must inform the event organizers in writing.
2.2 Refund Policy
More than 45 days before the event: Full refund minus a 100 USD administration fee.
30-45 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
3. Cancellation by the Organizers
3.1 Organizer's Right to Cancel or Postpone - The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Notification - In case of cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
3.3 Refunds in Case of Cancellation by Organizers - Full refunds will be issued to all registered participants.
4. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, terrorist attacks, public health crises), the organizers are not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
5. Insurance Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or loss that occurs during the event.
6. Modifications to the Program The event organizers reserve the right to modify the program, which is not considered a reason for refund.
7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
